Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed laws formalizing the incorporation of four Ukrainian regions that were illegally annexed after a series of discredited votes. Unperturbed by that, Ukrainian forces are making "fast and powerful advances", says President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
