Mohamad Chreyteh

Mohamad Chreyteh is an award-winning journalist and filmmaker. He focuses on politics, terrorism and armed conflict in the Middle East.

For over a decade, Mohamad has covered current affairs in Lebanon and across the Middle East for regional and international media outlets. He is currently a Middle East correspondent and Beirut Bureau Chief at DW.

Mohamad previously worked as investigative journalist, reporter, and video journalist for the BBC in the MENA region. He specialises in and has a wealth of experience covering politics, conflict and terrorism, minorities, refugees, and as a war reporter in the Middle East.
