Giant rubber ducks return to Hong Kong

Ten years after it first debuted, Hong Kong is bringing back a popular exhibition. Giant rubber ducks are making a splash at its Victoria Harbour. They'll be on display for two weeks as the city seeks to revive its tourism sector.
