At 8.35 am on the morning of 29th March 2022, a Russian missile hit the Regional State Administration building in Mykolaiv. Maryna Slobodianiuk, head of analytics for the Ukrainian investigative organisation Truth Hounds, was one of the investigators who pieced together what happened, and who was responsible.
